EXPRESS black and silver dress

This is a fun dress! Great for NYE or holiday parties! Black with silver dot details. A little sash thing hangs in front. Strapless, stretchy, and flowy, and fits more like a medium I think. Worn once, no rips or stains. Measures about 30 inches from the top in the front center, to the hem. (Length measurements vary as the top is angled in a sweetheart neckline, and the bottom isn’t completely straight)
