usmoda @rvl323 Here are the exact measurements for a Small size: Waist - 14.5" laid flat unstretched and 18" stretched, Hips - 16" - 23". The full length is 30" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. I recommend a Small size for you according to your measurements.
