Shoulders are 19 inches (48.26 cm)
And waist is 15 inches (38.1 cm), however it stretches out to 26.5 inches (67.31 cm) since it's elastic!

@emilybaker791 I’m 5’3, but i’m also very petite so most things don’t fit me right. I think this jumpsuit would work better on someone 5’4 or any height above that too.
