Burgundy 90s Forever21 Empire Waist Dress Med Purchased on Poshmark where it’s a little too short for me I believe it’s from the 90s so it runs a little smaller than their current mediums the approximate measurements are armpit to armpit 16 inches shoulder to waste 13 inches length 32 inches. Fits more like a juniors medium. I wear a small in boutique typically and it fits just is too short for me. Runs Small/Juniors Vintage see measurements. This is a REPOSH It didn't fit.
