Knee length boots

Slip on boots. Knee length. No zipper. Sz 42 (not sure what size that is in US but I normally wear size 8 and these boots are big on me; so maybe size 9)?! Never worn. Bought online, cant return and they are too big for me. Says 42 = US 12 but I dont see them being that big.
