elhatley Do these shoes run small? Is the insole removeable? Do you allow size exchanges for the same item? I normally wear a size 8. However, in European sizing I need either a 38 or 39 depending on the shoe. Please advise.

clinton12 @elhatley yes if you wear a size 8 you will need a size 39 euro which i have and yes you can exchange and yes the insole comes out win win the shoes run small

elhatley Hello I received the boots today and really like the quality and style. The only problem is that I received a size 38 euro instead of a size 39. Therefore, the boots seem to be a little small (good width but short length). Please let me know how to return them for a size 39 euro. Thanks

senhorafox Either a 38 or a 39. Probably a 38 but I am a little afraid they might be too small since others have mentioned they run a little small.

senhorafox I am not sure what you mean by your message. The Rovers that I have measure 10 and 1/8 inches in length measured by the sole. They are a size 38 and they are a similar boot.
