NWOT Purple Floral Ruffle Top

NWOT pretty ruffle top. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Is a pretty purple color and has a beautiful floral print. Never wore it, but took off the tags so I couldn’t return it Is easy to dress up with jeans and heels or wear casually with leggings!
