Hi! How high are these heels? Also I realize they aren't leather, but are they at least soft? Or are they very hard plastic-feeling?

@cmf317 heels are 3 inches. I would not say these are stiff. The fabric is soft enough that they don’t stand on their own. (Not like that super stiff faux leather they use on riding boots). You are right, they are not as soft as leather though. Thanks for the questions and let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi! I recently bought some boots from a different seller and looking for a replacement because in the pictures it looked but came in with cracks and damage. She didn’t inform about before receiving or buying. So these are the best replacements I can find. Could we do a low offer for these? @vazquezglorie I have added new photos and a video. I ran my hand along everything to see if I could find anything. There is wear mark on the left inside the zipper I added a close up photo, but they are in very good shape otherwise
