joan_moody Hi honey, its Joan, I had bought the Michael Kors boots & there things, well I just tried the boots on & I noticed that some of the white fuzz going down boots was just hanging on & fell off, it lks nt gd& the boots are very hard, almost impossible to get on & the bottom inside where u said it was loose, its uncomfortable as ever, also, the slippers are too small, do u knw wht the process is to return them?
