miscrowder Posh is telling me to send both pairs of shoes back to get a full refund. I’m not wanting a refund, just to switch the black pair out for the correct size. When I ordered, it said a size 12 on this shoe was available. Since you sent me the size 13 instead, is the 12 still available? I would rather just send the 1 pair back to you and you send me the correct size. Is that possible? Thanks
