mommak2002 Natural mined tanzanite? Will it arrive with proof of authentic tanzanite? Location origin, Which mine or name of mining company that unearthed the rough? Anything you can tell me about its history?

mommak2002 @chantyes I’m still new to tanzanite. I became an instant fan right after alexandrite and star sapphire. But I only desire natural mined stones and it’s nearly impossible without buying the item then shipping it off to a gemologist etc. I just don’t see the violet hue in the pics.

gemtribe @mommak2002 Morning! Tanzanite varies from blue to violet. This one leans more to the blue and is not the super expensive clear/transparent Tanzanite but still a natural rich color.

gemtribe @terribythesea12 hi, these are 8 mm and each one is hand knotted between each stone so it’s long, I’ll have to measure to get you exact. The way to know in general is the 6 mm that is strung, but not knotted, is the shortest. Then 6 mm or each one is hand knotted like they do with pearls. Then 8 mm strung, and longest 8 mm hand knotted. Because they are a mala, all of them have 108 stones…

gemtribe @terribythesea12 hi, my last message may be a little confusing because I looked up your order and it was a necklace not a specific mala. But this Tanzanite one is a mala, and it is 38 inches around. And then with the Guro beads and the tassel that’s another 4 inches long.
