From Loïc Dubigeon’s design for 1986 “Year of India”, this reprint from 2014 in prized colorway depicts legendary Indian characters from myths & reality including Ramesh Sharma, astronaut, & colonial modes of transport in the navy border surrounding tree of life, extending ornate blossom & fruit laden branches. A stunning scarf created by using 34 separate screens to print. Excellent condition with plump hand rolled hems & crisp full silk twill. One slight partial thread pull near the astronaut.

I have a scarf like this. It is gorgeous and would compliment so many of the colors commonly in a Spring wardrobe. Your photos are great, but no photo can accurately capture the depth of the colors in this scarf.

@amdrake0590 Thanks! Yes, I wish I were better at photography. I am so far from doing justice to the scarves, and this one even more than most. This has been a favorite of mine for several years and deserves more use than I give it. Thanks so much for the comment!❤️
