kate spade peplum jewelled blouse top size 4 nwot

this top is stunning and so flattering! i never ended up wearing it but due to storage there is minor pilling as shown in the second photo--hardly noticeable though and probably can come off with a fabric sheerer :) the material has stretch to it as well! happy to bundle and discount so check my closet for tons of kate spade items for sale : ) offers always welcome so don't be shy!
