Measurements please top front to bottom and underarm to underarm. Color looks taupe but you say blue?

top to bottom (front) - 17.5”
top to bottom (back) - 21”

@beachmom275 hi, it’s not a v-neck per se it’s rounded so you can either wear it on the shoulder or off the shoulder—the measurement was taken from from the front center to bottom. let me know if you have anymore questions :)
