I have seen at least two poshers trying to sell counterfeit ugg boots. When I tried making them aware their product was not authentic I was ridiculed and called names. I'd like to educate the buyers on what to look for when wanting to purchase uggs so that they're not being scammed out of 100$+.

glittersmycrack I just wanted to also point out that the fake ugg fluff mini boots that are fake, the quilted part on them isn’t three even sections and on most of the fakes the three “sheared” sections of “fur” aren’t very prominent. Hth. Xx Luna

shopgirl876 Thanks for posting. I just came across her post and she is even offering “Uggs” in half sizes. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I reported her as she is also giving people her phone number to contact her instead of selling them through Poshmark.

shawnamelmore @shopgirl876 yes I reported her multiple times. one account was banned. she now has a second one and will block anyone who states they're counterfeit. she knows they are fake

lissposh Can you post here the accounts that are selling fakes? I have DEF come across some that when I asked, are these authentic, they tried to give me another social media acct to contact them. Huge warning sign!! They had two LV items (both fake, both sold, on their acct which is gone now….then I saw them on Merc#>~i !! I feel so badly for the purchasers!! ) Obv I immediately reported and blocked..such a shame to take advantage of people like this…

addictposher I have a question. It might sound kinda dumb, but i must know. The third photo, with the pink “uggs”, have bows like authentic uggs, correct? But it’s fake and the telltale sign is the shiny faux fur, correct? If I’m correct, then people need to really know to check ALL the signs for authenticity, which I do know to do when I’m aware of all the signs, I just wanted to make sure and put that out there.
