Campfire Girls 1930s 3-piece Ceremonial Outfit

This is a very old campfire girls ceremonial 3 piece outfit. The long ceremonial gown has been packed for many years & it was not packed correctly so I don't know if it can be restored. It is stained it smells a little musty and it's missing beads which I found a few but I don't know where they go. There are a few holes around the neck area See pic The vest looks to be a small little girl. The red scarf is triangular size with the camp fire emblem on the back. they great collectible items.
