Colorful & cute - perfect for fall and winter. Waterproof - all seems are sealed. Reflective piping along the sleeves. Open pockets. Velcro on the sleeves for a tight fit around the wrists. Elastic in the hood and a bill on the top to keep water off face. One slight mark in second to last photo - possibly will come out if you treat & wash. Typical (veryy slight) gray/wear marks at the sleeve cuffs - also may come out.
