cgibrand ok, so I am a 26. Right now I put on a little weight so I would say I am a 26+/27. These feel TIGHT. They are like 25s. I hope this helps!

cgibrand @yajupi Hi, you are right! The tag says S!!! Changing posting now. But I would say they run a little small. Laying flat (so measurement should be doubled). Hip is about 15" without stretching and just a hair under 18" when I stretch them out. Waist is 10" laying down and 15" stretched out.
