vgulick23 hello i ordered this item on Dec 1st ..they took the $$ out of my account ..do you know when it will ship? ..it says *pending shipping scan* ..thank you so much ..

kstinaaword @vgulick23 Hi! Your package shipped out yesterday Dec 2nd. The 1st was Sunday, a non business day for usps. Sometimes packages take a while to start showing tracking. I shipped out 6 yesterday and out of that only 2 show tracking so far. I am not sure why this happens. It is common. I will have no scans on a package and then it will be half way across the country out of no where. I will watch your tracking information. You should see an uodate soon! I am a fast shipper and have 5 star reviews.

kstinaaword @vgulick23 another great thing you can do is go to usps.com and track your package, and after you put the tracking number in you get the option to get text message updates of your package if you put your phone number in. I did this for your package, and you can too if you wish. I'll update when it shows a scan.

vgulick23 @kstinaaword No worries!! i was so confused because i thought i hit the accept button... but it wasnt showing up as* sold* on my end...so i thought maybe i didnt ... it was late and i was so tired ....i waited until next day and it still didnt say sold ... I was going to hit it again ... .then i checked my account and saw posh took the $ and i was like * oh i guess i did buy it ..ha! .. Thank you so much!!! i appreciate you getting back to me .. ..cant wait to recieve the ribbbon! ..😊😊❤

kstinaaword @vgulick23 Hopefully it starts tracking by this evening. should be a 2 day priority delivery. I hate that they dont update their tracking like ups does.

kstinaaword @vgulick23 I contacted usps in regards to your tracking not showing. This and 1 more package with the same item in it has not started tracking so I made a claim on that too. Hopefully they will locate them and scan their tracking. I literally watched my mail carrier take everything out of my mailbox. I even counted them. This is so weird!

kstinaaword @vgulick23 I was on the phone with the post office here, and in your area for several hours today. Trying to understand why they were not scanned when others were. It's been infuriating. I found out they don't follow protocol here with scanning packages.

kstinaaword @vgulick23 So now I know how to be sure my stuff gets scanned. I don't know how long this is going to take. So I am going to send out another package of ribbon to you. If you get the first one just keep it. I really do apologize for this happening. Today would've been your delivery date.

kstinaaword @vgulick23 I just put myself in your shoes. I mean how are you supposed to believe someone when there are 0 scans on an item you bought? It's upsetting. But then there it is half way across the country and it is finally scanned. Just crazy!
