Black embellished cocktail dress

Stunning cocktail dress with gorgeous bodice and sleeve lace work. This is a one of a kind dress, made by Mignon for Anne Marie Gabalis in NY. Sequins and pearls are all intact. The dress has a lovely pleated detail in front and a scalloped look for the front hem. There is no tag, but I believe the material is a silk/polyester blend. The sleeves have a little puff at the shoulder. The back bodice has material buttons. The dress zips in back. Sleeve length: 23” From top of bodice to hem: 26.5”
