Good vintage condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Priced individually - only 1 mug still available! Artist is Tim Hahul, each mug is signed and dated 1996.

itskelseykingSo I just got my item and it’s broken.

itskelseykingLike into a bunch of pieces

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking (1/2) Oh no! I packed it the same as others I’ve sent in the past that made it just fine so that is very surprising. I’m not sure what can be done at this point since it’s marked as delivered on the order. I do have another mug that I can send if Poshmark will issue a new label, but

Feb 09Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking (2/2) I have no way to refund you directly with how Posh is set up. Can you contact support with photos? That’s the only thing I can think of, I’d contact them myself but I think it’d make more sense for them to hear from you as the buyer.

Feb 09Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir yes I will do that. I was honestly shocked when I opened it too considering it was wrapped entirely with bubble wrap

Feb 09Reply

itskelseykingHow much does it cost for a new label so you can send me a new mug?

Feb 09Reply

itskelseykingAnd how do I get poshmark to issue a new label? I just send them pics of the item? I’ve never had this happen before so I’m not sure how to even contact them in general

Feb 09Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking I’m hoping they’ll issue a new label but it may turn in to a claim through USPS since it was a fragile marked package that they damaged. I’ll look in to how that works in the meantime as a back up. If you go to the order there is a button for problems/order inquiry and you can contact support directly from the app. I marked the remaining mug as not for sale so someone else doesn’t order it while we get things figured out.

Feb 09Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir okay thank you I will do that tomorrow as soon as I wake up

Feb 09Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking Just checked USPS and there is a damage claim process right through their website, so if that is how Posh decides they want it handled I'll go ahead and file one.

Feb 09Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir I just submitted a problem inquiry. It said they should get back to me in about 24 hours. I’ll keep you posted when I hear more

Feb 10Reply

itskelseykingI just got an email back from poshmark about the situation. They said they will give me a full refund. They didn’t mention anything about sending a new mug though

Feb 11Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking If you still want it, I can just make the last one available again once the refund comes to you and we can do it like a new order.

Feb 11Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir would I have to pay the same amount for it?

Feb 11Reply

itskelseykingOr would I just have to pay for a new shipping label?

Feb 11Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking I have to see how Poshmark handles your refund, if they take it from my account then it’d be a new order at the same price. They haven’t contacted me yet so not sure what their plan is. If they just refund you and let me keep what you paid too, I can just send it USPS to you directly and give you a tracking number.

Feb 11Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir okay well just let me know once you find out.

Feb 11Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking Will do!

Feb 11Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir did it tell you that money was taken out of your account at all from the refund?

Feb 13Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking I haven’t heard anything from them and nothing has come out, did they send you the refund already? If it’s come through to you then I’m guessing they’re not taking it out.

Feb 13Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir yea I got my refund

Feb 13Reply

itskelseykingOkay so since they didn’t take the money out of your account are you just gonna send me the other mug?

Feb 13Reply

wildonsdottir@itskelseyking Yes, I’ll ship it out today. As soon as I have a tracking number I’ll let you know.

Feb 13Reply

itskelseyking@wildonsdottir okay thank you

Feb 13Reply
