Are these true to size? Can they be worn with an insert comfortably?

@sunflower17704 hi! They are true to size. It’d really depend on the thickness of the insert as to whether or not they’d be too tight. You’d probably be fine with a thin insert but if it’s thick, the boots would be uncomfortable. Hope that helps!
