n_leblanc Does this sit up on the shoulder to get that 31” length? Also, does the bust stretch out to maybe a 20” armpit to armpit? Would it run tight on a chest measurement of 40”?

robinyavonne @n_leblanc The 31” length is with it sitting on the shoulder. The most I would stretch the armpit to armpit is 19”. I’m a 36 and it fits me perfectly. Thinking it will be too tight for you.
