tonkalee33 Hi! I love this jacket! You said this runs big? I’m a 40D in the chest right now. I’m on the Whole 30 program because I have found out I’m a diabetic. Thankfully it’s not over 2 hundred! I need to lose weight anyway. I have chronic rheumatoid arthritis and I need to lose 40 to 45 pounds. So that’s why am asking about the jacket. Could you please let me know, thank you

littlegypsie @tonkalee33 Hi, I'm a nurse, so- it's good to hear when people are taking control of their health! It really depends on how tight or loose you want it to fit. The easiest way to determine that is to take an item in your closet that you like the fit- lay it flay and measure the armpit to armpit. Then compare to my measurements in the description- which are taken lying flat and zipped.

tonkalee33 @littlegypsie Great, thank you. I know I will need the L/XL for sure. I’ve always had to to get them in that size because of my long arms! I definitely want to purchase one the X/XL. I have a X1 right now and that is running true to size. I’ll lay my other one out and see what that does to the size from armpit to armpit.

tonkalee33 Being honest I don’t have anything that really fits me well. I have chronic rheumatoid arthritis/fibromyalgia. I had to have a spa removed from my foot a year and a half ago. This past November I had to have six screws and a plate removed from it on my left foot. One screw was broke and it still hurt when I walked I couldn’t walk correctly.

tonkalee33 So, I gained 45 pounds from this. And how I found out about my sugar being high is I have a cat that we just found out has diabetes. Well just for fun I checked my blood that’s when I found out it was high 179. It’s a good push to get my weight back down and for me to be better at my eating choices. I have never had to work to get weight off before.

tonkalee33 I haven’t bought any clothing like jeans, blouses etc. because I have sweatpants and shirts. I wear dresses as well. I have some really nice clothes that I can’t get back in. I refuse to buy bigger clothing. So, my goal is 155 to 160 and I will fit back into all my clothing. I have never weighed this much in my whole life.

tonkalee33 I wear my Jean jackets open most of the time. I just measured a XL and it was 25 from armpit to armpit. It doesn’t close, but that’s OK

littlegypsie @tonkalee33 I understand, it happens. It's so easy to gain weight when you can't move around. If you like your jacket that's 25- pit to pit, then this one may be too tight- depending on how much you want to close it. For me, I have some coats/jackets that I wear open, and some that I do close...

tonkalee33 @littlegypsie What size do you wear?
Jan 29Reply
littlegypsie
littlegypsie @tonkalee33 I'm a size small, and I love this coat, but it's actually too large on me.

tonkalee33 @littlegypsie If possible, could you hold the X/XL till the 3rd of February? I live on a Disability pension, unfortunately due to the R/A. I will need to see how much $$ I have left to purchase it. I’ll let you know either way.

tonkalee33 I would like to purchase the L/XL, but what I want to know is, if it doesn’t fit, may I return it?
Feb 03Reply
tonkalee33
tonkalee33 Also, would you come down on it and shipping?
Feb 03Reply
littlegypsie
littlegypsie @tonkalee33 Poshmark has a no return or exchange policy based on fit. It has nothing to do with the sellers- meaning we have no control to allow returns or not. It's simply Poshmark's policy.

tonkalee33 @littlegypsie I’m sorry, I haven’t sold anything on here yet, so I didn’t know. Thank you for that information. I just really love this jacket.

tonkalee33 Hello, I was wondering if you would be willing to come down to $47 on this long jean jacket in the X-XL size? I love this jacket and have lost 17 lbs and I believe it will fit. Also, I love the yellow poncho. Maybe I could purchase both if your willing to come down on the jean jack. Thank you
