Underarm-to-underarm is 22β and
Top-to-hem is 25β
I hope that helps. Iβm a medium and it fits me well. But Iβm also 5β9.5β tall.

@christinaharber I would take your favorite sweatshirt and measure across (underarm-to-underarm) and top-to-hem and see how close it matches up with the measurement I sent you. I think that would be your easiest and best bet.
