@lexiblackk It comes with a lining. Standing in direct light- I suppose it could be considered semi-sheer. I personally have 2 friends that purchased this from me, and they wear this as a tunic with jeans, pants- definitely does not look see through on them. Personally, if I kept one of these for myself- I would wear it as a dress with shorts underneath.
