Beautiful I love it . I forget exactly what I do but I by pass that dimensions question and so far no problem. I mainly ship 16”x20” paintings all day the biggest one was 24”x36” no problem the biggest issue is weight it has to be 5 lbs or less. The pixel thing I’m not sure on I haven’t had any issues. They won’t allow me to share my other sites with you but I’m on Instagram Jeff white 6152
