@pickymella thanks so much! So I’ve actually done this before for my closet. You have to do it from your side unfortunately. If you go to the order, then problems/ inquiries, you’ll find an option to cancel the order. If you click that, it should cancel. Sorry again for the inconvenience- I hope that works!
