60s mod mini dress by Frederick's of Hollywood. Mock turtleneck dress with red top and black skirt. The red top is attached with a band going around it. The skirt is straight fitted with cute red buttons on the side. The back zips. Would look great with flats or knee high boots. The material has a soft feel. It is not lined.
