Laid flat and un-stretched the small bust is approx. 17 1/4" and the length is approx. 22 1/2" shoulder to hem at the side (the shortest part) and approx. 27 3/4" in the middle shoulder height. The medium is approx. 18 1/4" and the length is approx. 23" shoulder to hem at the side (shortest part) and approx. 28 1/4" longest at the middle
