I added an additional photo to show that closer up so you can better see what I mean. The lining underneath has a fair amount of stretch to it but the tulle and lace overlay does not. Those parts are loosely layered over the lining though so donโ€™t really need to be stretchy. The waist measures approximately 28โ€ and the bust 34โ€.
