@lauraroseb11 hey sorry for the delay. I thought this might help. the model specs- 5'9"(of course...lol)waist 25.2", weight-114, wearing a size small. so that should work for you.
I'm a 00 size 24 25 pants, but I have not tried this on. 😔
and even though it is high waisted bc it's a wrap skirt you can really wear it were the button allows.
