@jennifer_e9441 Hi. I am sorry but the Listing for the Ralph shoes say they are a NARROW but I checked on the web and it says a "B " is a regular or medium. So I will not ship this order till I hear back from you that you want the order knowing these shoes are NOT A NARROW
