To clarify, I have added a picture of the Dr Martens measured against a similar boot in another brand. SEE ADDED PICTURE. I have added these Reference Boots in the posting as a BONUS FREE pair.

jj_pat @rlc003 Hi: SEE 2 PICTURES showing the bottom of the boots printed Made in England. Writing inside tongue of boot is too faded to read. These are newer made Docs, probably with Components like the Soles Made in England and probably other parts made elsewhere and All components probably assembled in Asia. That is how some Dr Martens are being made, according to website info. You can Google for more. These are NOT vintage or beat up Docs.

decoyable What is the circumference at the top of the rain boots? (Also I see you are getting a lot of sizing questions for the boots. DM always stamps the inside of the sole towards the toes, just off the beige part with the UK size. It hardly ever wears off.)
