llcollins59 I need to know what it measures at the empire waist. Your listed measurements say 19" ,making the waist only 38". is it relaxed in the waist line? is it tight just under the bust? It's the waist I'm concerned about.

llcollins59 also, could you measure from the top of the dress to the hem? waist to hemline being 45 makes it tea length for me. I'm 5'8". Sorry for the trouble.
