Black strapless cocktail/party dress with light gold glitter rose design. Built in bra padding. Back zipper. Gathered and pleated waist. Full skirt lining plus tulle gives the skirt a nice fullness Has been dry cleaned but tulle lining under the skirt will need to be repressed as it has wrinkled from hanging in closet. Sz S Length: 23 in Lay flat pit to pit: About 13.5in (Note: I did take it in some here for my daughter - see pics. But can be taken out for larger fit.) Waist: 26in (Has belt loops but no belt)
