petuniaYour sizing? Is it a flat measurement? 12” is tiny for a waist, is that half the size? Is it truly 24” plus the stretch?

rechic_apparel@petunia Hi, sorry I missed your comment! It got lost in my feed. Yes all the measurements are taken laying flat so the waist is 24" all around. This skirt does have quite a bit of stretch to it though since it has an elastic waist.
