leesabebe @scamp749So the best I can describe it if you wore it on the shoulder,the top part would be loosely gathered around your neck.Depending on how it fits you, you may be able to fold that part.Pulling it up on the shoulder would change how the sleeves look and would also make the top shorter.But, no matter how you like it, you can’t beat this price.it’s very pretty, super soft, great color- put on some red lipstick💄or don’t 😜 and have fun 💞let me know if you have any more questions, happy to help
