nikoleweiss @mtldrew hello, shoulders are 18 inches, waist is 35 inches. I wear size 36 in Balmain dresses and blazers. This coat is size 38 French and is a bit big on me, if I were taller I could pull it off but I do love it and always got lots of compliments! I’m typically size 38-40 Italian and 2-4 US. Hope this helps!
