This skirt has a side zipper and fitted from waist & around hips. Does stretch. Runs small. Model on left in cover photo is wearing size small. catlovernj @carabee73 The measurement can be seen in the listing photos for each size. The approximate measurements for size medium: the waist is 14 inches across and the garment is laid flat. The length of the skirt in the back is approximately 39 inches. The front is a high low hem… it does stretch maybe a little bit but it does not have any spandex or similar fabric… let me know if you have any other questions!
