it’s a halter top and is more of a body fit dress. it is missing a button on the mid-back strap but other than that it is in great condition! only worn ONCE and for only a few hours! and for reference i am 5 foot 1.5 inches and i was wearing converse sneakers with the dress. i also had about a 36 b/c chest!🔥😍 the size is a 13/14
