thehealingstone @jett1965 sorry!! I should have explained that!! Electromagnetic frequencies. Anything that plugs in puts out EMFs. Your phone is a huge one! I wear mine on the wrist I wear my Fitbit and that’s the hand I use to hold my phone. Tourmaline will help with being able to stretch further, too. It’s a really good protective stone!
