Bonnie Jean Black Velour and Hot Pink Dress

💖THIS DRESS IS SO MUCH FUN!! Stretchy black velour top, hot pink sheer organza skirt with circles, velour polka dots, and glitter dot details layered over an underskirt & petticoat with crinoline trimmed in velour. This preowned dress is in very good condition with minor signs of wear: two tiny faint thread pulls(photo #6) on front skirt and on top left of organza skirt at the waist 2" of seam pulled open-threads came loose, this is NOT a tear in fabric *see comments below for measurements
