Vintage cotton? dress. Feels very soft to the touch. Sleeveless dress has empire waist set off by a bow. The ruffle starts at bow and goes up to the back of the neck. The bodice is lined. Pretty pleats are on the back of the skirt of the dress. There is a tag but no size. Measurements are taken across garment laid flat: bust 18”, waist 15”, hips 19”. Length of dress is 37.5”. The dress is in excellent vintage condition.
