bunchofstyle @jesslym414 the warehouse already shipped the item they said the email that says dropped price was for top only the item costs us $39.90 plus tax it’s $43 so after fees I only get $40 so you actually got the top $3 cheaper then I paid sorry this item can not be returned it’s NWT and as described you didn’t read the discount shipping info so they are not at fault
