@jasonheather620 definitely was in package as I package this order myself. I have multiples of this bra available- this was a multiple item listing and is not sold out yet. Glad to see you received the package as poshmark sent me an email saying you couldn’t locate the package. Did you let them know your package was delivered?

@vibeandthriveco they don’t give you many options to report a problem. I was trying to report that the white bra was not inside the package. The box arrived not damaged or opened and with everything inside except the white bra

@jasonheather620 you will need to open a return case and document that. Again I can assure the bra wax in there as I packaged the bundle myself and I go through a checklist as I bag and remove items for my inventory reports. Definitely in there. I’ll send poshmark a message and let them know you received the package. Just open a return case.

@vibeandthriveco but I don’t want to return it. I want the things I did receive and I want the bra too, but I promise you, it’s not in there. I tore the box completely apart.

@jasonheather620 just let them know that as I can not send you an item outside of posh. They will have to credit you for the bra (even though I know for 100% sure it was in the box) I sent them a message

1. I know it’s not there, I looked thru everything multiple times
2. I have waited 48 hrs and have heard nothing from PM. I have sent them multiple messages thru many different channels and I get nothing in return.
3. It’s an 11 dollar bra...whatever I guess I will just re order it from another seller.
4. I will just accept the order and leave feedback accordingly to the situation.
What else can I do?!? I don’t feel like wasting anymore time on this

@jasonheather620 I advised to open a return case and let them know the situation. That’s the only way you can get credit for the bra. I can not send you a new one etc it all has to go through poshmark. I would not have accepted the package. I would have opened a return case to get credit. There is nothing I can do as the seller other than advise you of a way to get credit for the item,

@jasonheather620 saw you rating pretty unfair when you did exactly the opposite of what I suggested you do so you can get credit for the bra. What is it that I could have done to resolve this for you? Send you a second bra outside of poshmark and pay shipping out of pocket and lose the cost of the item? I tried to help you and instead of working with me you did exactly the opposite.

@jasonheather620 sorry you feel that way. I tried to help you get a credit for the item but you didn’t want to take my advice. I can not do transactions off poshmark or ship you items out of pocket. I informed them in my message if everything going on- if you don’t want the credit since you already ordered with another seller I will let them know. Hopefully they can remove your rating as it’s completely unfair.
