greatfinds111 @catwalkclothing I'm not sure if it can be sized, and I'm sorry I have no size 6 available at the moment. however, I do have what's called a spacer, it is a silicone spiral that goes on the back of the Ring if the sizes are too big. I could send you that with it if you would like it.
