Has long laces to wrap around calf and zips up so adjustable for various calf sizes or to fit over pants. I’m a true 7 and these fit perfect w a pair of socks. luktan @jessiefal these kept me warm and dry walking my husky. The shaft won’t be 100% waterproof since it’s a flannel w Sherpa inside so I can’t guarantee being completely submerged in snow. I’d say water resistant.
