reuserecyclered Joy, a buyer just bought the grey linen version of the Pete & Greta pants in 6 from me. I shipped them Mon. in perfect condition with the belt & exact measurements listed. She has opened a case claiming there was no belt, buttons were loose, and the size measurements were not correct. I think she also purchased them from you this week. I only ship items exactly as described and photographed. Please keep me posted on whether the buyer claims yours are also damaged. Thanks.

reuserecyclered @joysilk775 I looked at her Poshmark profile: the sale was on her page: you posted that you saw your package had arrived & asked if she was satisfied. She had not responded to you yet. Our packages were delivered the same day at same time at a "postal locker". The address on the label from Poshmark was a residence. I always check where I am shipping to to make sure it is a legitimate location. Poshmark is aware of both purchases.

reuserecyclered Joy, I'm also curious about how Jennifer contacted you regarding the pants you sold her? I don't see that she made any comment on her profile page where you asked her if she was pleased, or on your listings page for the pants. If she contacted you outside of Poshmark that is not allowed. I am very sorry to see that you also sent her an extra gift. I am waiting for a response from Poshmark on my sale. My item was 100% fine when it was handed over to USPS.

reuserecyclered Joy, the buyer has now just claimed the package was damaged by being shoved into her mailbox & she is accepting the item now. If you have any trouble please let me know, happy to help. Poshmark has all the information they need to handle this. Have a very good Easter!

I supplied all that in reference to my case & they have your seller ID, but you should email them also if a case has been opened. The "Contact" option is at the very bottom of the Poshmark page.
