@amethistsky Hi! Shoulder to shoulder (following the seam, which is not the largest point) is 14’. I added a picture.
Chest is 16’. It stretches until 18’.
I am not a 0 size but a 2. I wear bra size 34B always padded. Hope this can help! Do not hesitate to ask for more detail!
